FAQS

About HighRise & Kratom

What is HighRise Kratom?

HighRise offers clearly labeled, lab-tested kratom extracts and alkaloid products for informed adults age 21 and older. Our focus is precision, consistency, and transparent product information—without exaggerated claims or hype.

Kratom extract is a concentrated preparation derived from Mitragyna speciosa, a botanical native to Southeast Asia. Because extracts can differ significantly in concentration and alkaloid content, always review the specific product label and Certificate of Analysis before use.

Milligram amounts identify the quantity specified for that particular formulation. They should not be used to compare products unless the labels measure the same ingredient or alkaloid.
Review the full product description, label, serving information, and COA before making a selection.

Follow the directions on the product label exactly. Do not exceed the labeled amount or combine multiple kratom or alkaloid products. Extracts are concentrated, so careful measurement matters. If you are unfamiliar with a product, review its label and COA before use

COAs & Lab Testing

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is a laboratory report containing test results for a particular product or batch. Depending on the product, it may report alkaloid potency and results from applicable purity or contaminant testing. HighRise makes a COA available for every product so you can review the results yourself.

Scan the QR code on the product packaging or use the COA lookup on our website. Match the product or batch information on the report with the information printed on your package. If you need help locating a report, please contact us.
